Discmania Q-Line Premier Cloudbreaker - Gannon Buhr Signature Series
What happens when a legendary, stable distance driver is combined with technology designed to make throws fly farther? You get a tool built to make your throws longer and more reliable than ever before. And who better to create such a disc than the world's number one player, Gannon Buhr!
Overstable without sacrificing distance
The Discmania Cloud Breaker is now equipped with our industry-leading Premier Technology, delivering improved weight distribution to one of the most legendary distance drivers in the game. When we decided to bring Premier Technology to the Cloud Breaker, we reworked its shape to make it more overstable and to separate it further from our iconic Discmania DD3, creating a clearer distinction between the DD3 and the Cloud Breaker.
The prototype Premier Cloud Breaker quickly became a player favorite thanks to its controllable flight line and impressive glide, without sacrificing reliable stability. With this run, the goal was to reproduce exactly that feel and performance as accurately as possible — and the result turned out excellent.
The stability that sets it apart
While the Discmania DD3 is known for its long glide and easy-to-manage high-speed turn, the Cloud Breaker stands out with greater torque resistance and a stronger fade. Where the DD3 offers wide S-curves and easily attainable distance for a broad range of players, the Cloud Breaker holds a straighter line at full power and fades harder at the finish, especially in demanding conditions. The result is a more reliable flight on high-speed throws and excellent wind resistance.
Compared to the previous triple-stamp run — the Horizon series — these discs have a less pronounced dome and a more compact flight, making the finish a little straighter. That said, they are still very overstable, becoming a true next level up from the DD3.
Confident distance
This is a truly overstable distance driver made for powerful throwers. It doesn't turn over under heavy power, drives forward confidently and finishes with a strong, predictable fade. Experienced players will appreciate the extra control for shaping long hyzers and flexes, while intermediate players will find it a reliable choice for windy days and controlled distance lines.
The Cloud Breaker is ideal for experienced players, competitors and powerful throwers looking for more stability than the DD3 offers. If you want distance that holds up to full power and finishes with confidence, the Cloud Breaker is ready to lead the way.
