The Prodigy Disc X3 is a consistent, high-flying, slightly overly stable long-distance disc designed for all skill levels. The X3 is a great choice for any player looking to make long, fast, and reliable throws. The X3 is slightly less stable than the X2 , giving it a longer mid -flight period and a softer finish from left to right. The X3 matches the consistency of the X1 and X2 , but surpasses them in terms of trajectory deviation and glide .

The X3 has quickly become my favorite long distance disc in wooded areas. It has a neutral flight that makes it easy to manipulate the disc on a hyzer line, a straight shot, or anhyzer line. I love the X3 because it allows me to get the same distance as my D series discs on tighter wooded shots without as much drift at the end of the flight.

The 500 Series plastic has been in development for a long time and is formulated based on careful player feedback. It is stiffer and less rubbery than the 400 Series plastic. It provides an extremely confident grip on the flight plane, balancing just the right amount of flexibility and stiffness, with a very firm edge feel that we think disc golfers will love. The 500 Series plastic has a unique pearlescent finish that is unlike anything else in the Prodigy Disc plastic range.
